Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicants/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused (1) Nisar Ali S/o Ghulam Rasool Solangi, (2) Ashique S/o Sahib Solangi. (3) Rafique Ahmed S/o Gul Hassan Kalhoro be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished one (1) Ghulam Rasool s/o Manthar Ali Solangi R/o Muhalla Suleman Colony Taluka Mehar (2) Nadir Ali s/o Sabir Ali Dahar R/o Neae Civil Court Muhalla Manzoor Colony Taluka Mehar (3) Dilbar Khan s/o Abdul Hameed Kalhoro R/o Village Jaro Kalhoro Taluka Mehar District Dadu are present and stood surety for above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused (1) Nisar Ali S/o Ghulam Rasool Solangi, (2) Ashique S/o Sahib Solangi. (3) Rafique Ahmed S/o Gul Hassan Kalhoro, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
