Bail Application No.1141 of 2026 in Crime No.47/2026, under section 4/8 of SPPMSS & Gutka and Manpuri Act,2019 of PS Sindhri, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial/court. One Noor Khan son of Ali Nawaz b/c Mari has furnished the required surety on behalf of accused Khan Muhammad before this court, which has accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused in above mentioned case crime, forthwith, if he is no more require in any other case/crime, after causing his P.R. bond in sum of Rs:100,000/- (One lac rupees only) for appearance before this Court on 25-09-2026 at 08:30a.m, without fail, within three days.
