SUBJECT:      RELEASE LETTER OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD SOHAIL PATHAN.

                       Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & J.M-III, Khairpur in aforementioned case/crime.

                       And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Malano Advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPG for the State, has ordered that the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/-(Rupees Two Lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

                       And whereas the surety namely Muhammad Tufail S/O Gohar Ali  Resident of Mohalla Kohtian No:02 Chimkani Peshawar has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/-and produced (02) Original Special Saving Certificates in the sum of Rs 200,000/- which has been accepted.

                      You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.200,000/-to be executed for his appearance to this court  on- 03-10-2026  at 08:30 a.m. and send the same P.R bond to  this court within three days.
