Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Hakim @ Hakim Ali s/o Kamal Khan by caste Channo, vide order dated:- 21.09.2026, in Bail Application No. 1434/2026, Re- Hakim @ Hakim Ali Channo Versus The State, u/s 402, 399, 324, 353, 148 & 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 167/2026 of PS A Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
