Samar Abbas V/S the state Offence U/S. 324, 353, 34 PPC in Police Crime No. 74/2026 of Taluka P.S, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted.
