Whereas, the following named accused whome you hold in your jail custody in the below mentioned case/crime. This Court has passed an order and kept the case in "Abeyance" accused shall be released forthwith if not required in any other cusotdy case subject to furnshing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused has furnished his surety which is accepted by this Court.
