OFFICE OF THE CIVIL JUDGE & JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE III, KARACHI(CENTRAL)

Subject:        CONVICTION WARRANT.

      The accused named below have been convicted U/S 243 Cr.P.C in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated 22.09.2026. Accused person are discharged on probation under section 5 Probation ordinance 1960 with special condition of service community i.e Area Mosque, near their residence from this Friday and thereupon every friday and on all occasions/festivals for one year till 22.09.2027 and probation officer shall submit report of good conduct of accused quarterly for continuous period for one year accordingly. The probation office is in attendance and directed to proceed accordingly. Accused are directed to execute P.R bond amounting to Rs 500,000/- (Five Hundred Thousands) before Superintendent prison. In case of violation of probation condition and special condition the probation period stands cancel and accused shall suffer simple imprisonment at central jail for a period of three months and pay fine of Rs 5000/-. Jail Superintendent is directed to release named below and handover the offenders under the supervision of  the probation officer.
