Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused namely Arif s/o Noorullah by caste Khoso, 02). Bilawal s/o Ali Gohar alias Ali Gul by caste Khoso vide order dated:- 22.09.2026, in Bail Application No. 1293/2026, Re- Arif Khoso and another Versus The State, u/s 324, 506/2, 114, 504, 148 & 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 70/2026 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each total of Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One lac) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
