Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Ameer son of Meer by caste Kalhoor & Ashiq son of Muhammad Juman by caste Solangi subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime and whereas Nazeer Ahmed son of Meer by caste Kalhoro appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Ameer son of Meer by caste Kalhoor & Ashiq son of Muhammad Juman by caste Solangi, from your jail, at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from them and send the same to this court for office record. The accused are directed to attend before this court on 02.10.2026 to face their trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
