Whereas in the above bail application, after institution bail application on behalf of accused Dilsher Son of Rahbar Shar, and upon hearing Mr. Munir Ahmed Malik advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- in words (Rupees two lacs only), and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
