Subject:         RELEASE WRIT

                       Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr. PC filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused before this  Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the above mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) each and P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

           And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20, 000/- (twenty thousand) each and P.R bonds, in like amount satisfaction of this Court, which  is accepted provisionally. 

             You are, therefore, directed to release the below named applicants/accused, from your jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bonds and submit such P.R Bonds before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend the trial Court.
