WHEREAS, the Convicted Accused namely Nadir Ali son of Liaqat Ali by caste Bhayo was sent to your custody under the conviction warrant of learned Family/Civil Judge and JM Kashmore at Kandhkot. The said accused has been granted bail by this court in Crl. Appeal No.04/2026, vide order dated:-28-09-2026, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/-only & P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The said applicant/convicted accused has furnished the required surety which is accepted by this court.
