Whereas, this court has received a kind order dated; 18-04-2024, passed in Ist Crl. Bail Application No. S-136 of 2024, Qabool alias Lamboo Chhijan VS the State, U/Secs 459, 382, 337Ai, Aii, Fi PPC, Crime No. 01/2024, PS Miani at Badani, by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in above noted case/crime, whereby blow named accused person was admitted to bail, subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The below named accused has furnished the said surety vide dated; 30-04-2024 and same has been accepted today.
The above order was sent for verification, and such verification has been received today, vide letter no. 9555/LCC/Cr.B.ANo-S136/2024, Larkana, Dated; 27th April 2024, from Deputy Registrar of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana.
