Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Gulab @ Ghulam Rasool son of Shahban by caste Kori vide order dated 15-09-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.1321/2026 titled Gulab @ Ghulam Rasool Kori for the offence under section 324, 114, 504, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.188/2026 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (rupees one lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before trial Court.
