The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT.
The accused named below has been convicted U/S 243 Cr.P.C in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated 30.09.2026. Accused is discharged on probation under section 5 Probation ordinance 1960 with special condition of service community i.e Area Mosque, near his residence from this Friday and thereupon every friday and on all occasions/festivals for one year till 30.09.2027 and probation officer shall submit report of good conduct of accused quarterly for continuous period for one year accordingly. The probation office is in attendance and directed to proceed accordingly. Accused is directed to execute P.R bond amounting to Rs 500,000/- (Five Hundred Thousands) before Superintendent prison. In case of violation of probation condition and special condition the probation period stands cancel and accused shall suffer simple imprisonment at central jail for a period of three months and pay fine of Rs 5000/-. Accused is produced by the Jail authorities and is remanded back to jail where confined with directions to jail authorities to release and handover the offender under the supervision of the probation officer, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
