Subject:         ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                                                                Whereas, in below cited case and crime accused persons namely 01. Riaz S/O Qasim Magsi, 2. Fida S/O Qasim Magsi, 03 Ghulam Mustafa S/O Qasim Magsi and 04. Sabir S/O Mehdi Magsi were convicted by this court earlier. Criminal jail appeal vide No. D-17 of 2022 crl conf. case No. D-09 of 2022 was filed in Honourable High Court of Sindh, circuit court Larkana, wherein compromise application was also filed. The compromise between the parties was accepted and the conviction and sentence awarded to the appellants by this court vide judgment dated: 16.04.2022 are set a side. Appellants Riaz, Fida, Ghulam Mstafa all here sons of Qasim Magsi and Sabir S/O Mehdi Magsi are acquitted of the charge U/S 345 (6) Cr.P.C in terms of compromise. Furthermore verification of said order was also called from the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana vide letter No. 162 2026 dated: 30.09.2026, same was verified vide letter No 13990/LCC/Cr. Jail. A.No. D-17/2022 & Conf D-09/2022, Larkana dated: 30.09.2026 and as per the verbal communication of Qazi Abid Deputy Registrar of Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana the trial court is directed to issue release writ of accused persons in the said case/crime.
You are therefore required to release the below named convicted accused persons forthwith from your jail in below mentioned case/crime, if they are not required to be detained in any other custody case/crime.
