Whereas, in below cited case and crime accused Sabir S/O Mehdi Magsi was convicted by this court vide Judgment dated: 16.11.2019. Criminal Appeal vide No. S-118 of 2026 was filed in Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit court Larkana, wherein appeal was diposed of vide judgment dated 29.09.2026, maintaining the conviction of the appellant under section 25 of the Sindh Arms Act 2013 the sentence of R.I fir 10 yeas including the sentence in lieu of fine awarded by this court is treated as already undergone by him. Furthermore verification of said judgment was also called from the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana vide letter No. 165 2026 dated: 30.09.2026, same was verified vide letter No 13995/LCC/Cr. Jail. A.No. S-118/2019 Larkana dated: 30.09.2026 and as per the verbal communication of Qazi Abid Deputy Registrar of Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana the trial court is directed to issue release writ of accused persons in the said case/crime.
You are therefore required to release accused Sabir S/O Mehdi by caste Magsi forthwith from your jail, if he is not required to be detained in any other custody case.
