Ghulam Sarwar son of Gul Hassan all by caste Khuhawar are acquitted u/s:- 265H-(i) Cr.P.C by this Court, involved in Sessions Case No: 348/2025, Re- State Versus Fateh Muhammad Khuhawar, for offences u/s:- 302, 311 & 34-PPC, bearing Police Crime No:- 18/2025 of Police Station B Section Shahdadkot.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused person in above noted case/crime forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime.
