Whereas, below-mentioned convicts have filed an application under Section 426 Cr.P.C. before this Court in connection with Cr. Appeal No.04/2026 Re: Muhammad Abid and others V/S The State (Crime No. 41/2024 of PS Gaji Khuhawar, u/s 354, 504, 447, 506/2, 147, 148, 149 PPC, which has been allowed by this Court vide Order dated 30.09.2026 and the accused have been admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Fifty Thousands Rupees) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the below-named accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
