Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/BAIL INTIMATION.     

Whereas the above-named applicants/accused have filed Criminal Bail Application No. S-463 of 2026, titled Sadu Zai Khan and Yaa Khan v. The State, before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas, praying therein for the grant of post-arrest bail;

And whereas, after hearing the learned Advocate for the applicants/accused, the Honorable Court has been pleased to grant post-arrest bail to the above-named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- each (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only), with P.R. Bonds in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court;

And whereas the applicants/accused named above have furnished the required surety before this Court in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- each (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only), along with P.R. Bonds in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court;

You are, therefore, directed to release the below-named applicants/accused forthwith in the below-mentioned case/crime, if they are not required to be detained in connection with any other case, crime, or custody.
