Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the applicant/accused Ahmed alias Ahmed Khan son of Haji Koral by caste Khoso, vide B.A order dated: 21.09.2026, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-348/2026 titled Ahmed alias Ahmed Khan Khoso vs. The State for the offence under sections 337-Aiii, 337-Ai, 3377-v, 114, & 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.143/2025 of Police Station Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before trial Court.
