Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Wajid Ali son of Rustam Ali by caste Kalhoro vide order dated 27-03-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.355/2026 titled Wajid Ali Kalhoro vs. The State for the offence under section 397, 342, 171 PPC, arising out of Crime No.91/2025 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before trial Court.
