Whereas, accused namely i). Danish Ali son of Ghulam Rasool, by caste Khoso and ii). Mukhtiar Ahmed son of Ghulam Qadir by caste Mirani, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Sajjad Ali son of Siddique Ahmed by caste Mirani, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (fifty thousands) each with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
