WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Sikander Ali S/O Abdul Qayoom, Ali Hyder and Ali Sher both sons of Sikander Ali, all by caste Chandio, after hearing the advocate for accused persons and learned DDPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused persons be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty Thousand only) each with P.R bond in the like amount.

WHEREAS one Mst. Rehmat W/o Sikander Ali by caste Chandio R/o presently at Khursheed colony Kotri Taluka Kotri District Jamshoro, originaly at Village Motor Chandio Raju Phanari Taluka Talhar Dist. Badin have stood surety for above named accused persons, appeared and filed affidavit along with surety document to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
