B.A No.S-480/2026 Re-Allah Dino Labano V/S The State vide order dated 01.10.2026. The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Habib Rehman son of Abdul Khalique By caste Abbassi resident of village Ronti Taluka Ubauro, stood as surety for the above named accussed in the sum of Rs.200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court as provisionally subject to report.
You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.200,000/- with direction to accused to appear before trial Court withoutfail.
