WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named both applicants/accused have filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.23/2026 U/S 365-B, 506(ii) and 34 PPC of Police Station Danodandhal and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named both applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) with direction to appear before this court on 07.10.2026 at 8.30 am and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
