Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Naveed s/o Lal Muhammad by caste Bhatti, vide order dated:- 06.10.2026, in Bail Application No. 1524/2026, Re- Naveed Bhatti Versus The State, u/s 399, 402, 324, 353, 148 & 149-PPC, Arising out of Police Crime No. 184/2026 of PS A Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
