Bail Application No.1283 of 2026 in Crime No.140/2026, under section 4/8 of SPPMSS & Gutka and Manpuri Act,2019 of PS Town, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two lacs rupees each) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial/court. One Muhammad Shakir son of Abdul Waheed has furnished the required surety on behalf of both accused before this court, which has accepted.
