Whereas, applicant/accused Sajjad Ali S/o Muhammad Ramzan Rustamani has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Sikander Ali S/o Rasool Bux Rustamani R/o Wahi Pandhi Taluka Johi District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Sajjad Ali S/o Muhammad Ramzan Rustamani from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court.
