WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Hyder s/o Pahaar Khoso and Gaajan s/o Khair Muhammad Khoso, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned DDPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(One lac rupees only) each by two individual persons Rs. 50,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount.
