Whereas in the above bail application, after institution bail application on behalf of accused Hanif Son of Abbas Chohan, and upon hearing Mr. Shahbaz Ali Brohi advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in words (rupees fifty thousand), and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
