Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 1. Ghulam Mustafa Son of Allah Bux 2. Aqib Ali Son of Ghulam Mustafa both by caste Chohan, and upon hearing Mr. Azhar Hussain Abbasi advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each in words (Rupees one lac) each, and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
