WHEREAS, above named applicant/accused has been granted bail in above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this Court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.
