Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold in your jail custody in the below cited case/crime. An order dated: 15.10.2026 received from Honourable, High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur, passed in Criminal BA No.S-833/2026 Re- Ali Gohar and others vs the state. Wherein shows that accused named below shall be release on bail subject to furnishing solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required sureties have been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby required and authorized to release the below named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail and taking P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each from the accused for his appearance before the Court where required and sent the same to this court for record.
