Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused namely 01). Zaheer Ahmed s/o Mukhtiar by caste Sunani, 02). Noor Hassan s/o Gul Hassan both by caste Umrani, vide order dated:- 22.10.2026, in Bail Application No. 1639/2026, Re- Zaheer Sunani and another Versus The State, u/s 324, 353, 402, 399, 148 & 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 82/2026 of PS Sijawal, in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands) each total amount of RS. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicants/accused persons forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
