WHEREAS, above named applicant/accused has been granted bail in above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this Court, which has been accepted.
