WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime and this court after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
