Whereas, applicant/accused namely, (01) Nizamuddin son of Imamuddin by caste Channa and (02) Syed Sajjad Ali Shah @ Sajjad Shah son of Shah Nawaz Shah by caste Syed, who are already confined in your jail custody in the above Crime and this court has been granted bail to applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees twenty thousand) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and deponent namely (01) Syed Muhammad Aslam Shah son of Syed Gaman Shah by caste Syed r/o Mohulla Haji Shah Bukhari taluka and District, has stood surety for applicant/accused namely Nizamuddin son of Imamuddin by caste Channa in the sum of Rs:20,000/-only (Rupees twenty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount and another deponent namely Khadim Hussain son of Allah Jeewayo by caste Channo r/o Village Masoo Khan Kalwar taluka and District Ghotki has filed affidavit for standing surety for applicant/accused Syed Sajjad Ali Shah @ Sajjad Shah son of Shah Nawaz Shah by caste Syed, in the sum of Rs.20,000/-only, which have been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if they are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking their P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
