Whereas, accused namely, ((01) Meer Muhammad son of Noor Muhammad (02) Arbab Ali @ Arbab son of Nabi Bux (03) Samano Khan @ Shamo s/o Shadi (04) Wali Muhammad @ Phuli s/o Hussain Bux @ Almand and (05) Saleh Muhammad @ Sallar s/o Gandhi all by caste Pahore, confined in your jail custody in the above case/Crime for want of Diyat amount vide order dated 20.10.2026.
On 04.11.2026, one Abdul Ghafoor son of Nabi Bux Pahore has submitted an application that he is willing to make payment of Diyat amount by transfer of his property bearing Sr.No.46/6,46/7 AND 71/1, situated in Deh Manghirki, Tapo Jonas Taluka Pano Akil District Sukkur, which was allowed by this court vide order dated 04.11.2026 with direction that applicant Abdul Ghafoor son of Nabi Bux Pahore r/o village Atta Muhammad, Sultanpur taluka Pano Akil District Sukkur to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.2000000/- (Twenty lac) only if he failed to transfer property viz (02-00) acres in favour of minors within three months he shall be imposed a fine of one lac rupees for each month, if any delay is caused is on his part. For the time being. Applicant is directed to furnish PR a bond of two million as bond of appearance after three months or at the transfer of property with any receipt available with him which shows transfer of property.
Such P.R bond furnished by the applicant Abdul Ghafoor son of Nabi Bux Pahore on 04.11.2026, in the like amount, which has been accepted by this court and on the application of complainant Rind Ali, the release writ was deferred and matter again fixed on 05.11.2026 for hearing on application and this court has passed order for issuance of release writ for accused persons.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if they are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking their P.R bond in the like amount for their appearance as and when required without fail.
