Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 04.05.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Faisal son of Roshan 2. Afaque son of Naveed Ali both by caste Chann bearing Crl.B.A.No:528/2024 in Re-Faisal Chann and another versus The State, for offence under sections 377,511,34 PPC bearing Crime No.34/2024 of P.S Warrah, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) each Total Rs.200.000/- (Two Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named aplicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the tiral Court withoutfail.
