SUBJECT: RELEASE LETTER OF ACCUSED.
Whereas, the Sessions Case No.157/2022 Re- State Versus Ghulam Ali Bhatti & others, arising out of Crime No.209/2021 for offence under section 302,324,114,109,148 & 149-PPC of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot against the accused namely Bakhshan @ Buxal @ Nawab son of Mehar Ali by Caste Bhatti was ordered by this Court to be kept in abeyance with directions to furnish surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/-(rupees five lac only) after three months from the date of order dated:27-01-2024.
And whereas, the such period has been completed and required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused which is provisionally accepted.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith in aforementioned case/crime after proper verification if he is not required in any other custody case/crime and he shall be bound down to appear before this Court as and when case shall be restored/reopened in accordance with law.
