Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 11.05.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Abdul Jabbar son of Sher Muhammad Mastoi bearing Crl.B.A.No:569/2024 in Re- Abdul Jabbar Mastoi versus The State, for offence under sections 302,34,109,120-B PPC bearing Crime No.84/2024 of P.S Kamber, in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Five Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named aplicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the trial Court withoutfail.
