Since the above Sessions case was disposed by way of Judgment dated. 08.01.2024 wherein and were convicted both accused and appeal was filed before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and same appeal was also maintained, then both parties patched up and filed compromise application for seeking their acquittal in the above disposed of Sessions Case along with application under section 345(2) for permission to compound the offence, this court after hearing of both parties accepted/allowed compromise and accused were ordered to be release.
You are, therefore, hereby directed and authorized to release the above named both accused forthwith in this case, if they are not required in any other custody case.
