SUBJECT: RELEASE LETTER.
WHEREAS, applicants/accused 01-Imtiaz Ali son of Muhammad Haneef, 02-Muhammad Yousif son of Muhammad Yaqoob both by caste Phulpoto, have been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount, to the entire satisfaction of this Court vide BA order dated 05.06.2024, in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.708/2024 Re-Imtiaz Ali Phulpoto and another VS The State for offence U/S 9-B CNSA, arising out of Crime No.119/2024 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused persons have been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
