                                   WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.37/2024 U/S 9(i), 3/C CNS Act 1997, amendment act 2022 of PS Mithi and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount. And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of  Rs.30,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
                                   You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.30,000/- ( Rupees Thirty  Thousand) with direction to appear before this court on 08-06-2024 at 9:00, am., and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
