The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, UTP/accused Ghulam Nabi son of Mehboob Ali Gadehi has been granted bail by the Honourable Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber vide order dated: 24.05.2024, in Bail Application filed in Sessions Case No. 238/2023 bearing Crime No. 47/2023 of PS Warrah for offence under Sections 302, 452, 34 PPC in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three Lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court.
AND WHEREAS, the record and proceedings of the above-mentioned Sessions Case have been transferred to this Court and the required surety on behalf of the above-named UTP/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named UTP/accused in above-mentioned case/crime forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the UTP/accused be sent to this Court and he be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing, viz., 25.06.2024 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
