Whereas, Mr. Devat Rai, advocate for applicant/accused named above has filed Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C before this court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the State, granted bail after arrest to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
