And upon hearing the bail application bail granted from this Court on 01.02.2024 to the applicant in sum Rs.20,000/- with surety required.
Now, you the superintendent are hereby directed to release above-named accused. If he is not required in any other custody case after causing personal reorganization in the of sum Rs.20,000/- to be executed by the applicant/ accused separately before you the superintendent and same is returned to the Court. You are required to direct the applicant / accused to appear before the trial Court on 13.02.2024.
