WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.54/2024 U/S 9(i) 2(b) CNS Amendment Act 2022 PS Mithi and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
