Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 13.06.2024 to the applicants/accused named below in Crl.B.A No.38/2024, in Re-Mazhar Ali & 02 others Versus The State, for offence U/S 506/2, 337-Ai, Fi, 148-149 PPC, bearing Crime No.131/2024 of P.S Kamber city, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each Fifty thousand rupees each and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release applicants/accused, in below mentioned case/crime, forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after taking their P.R bond.
